Together with his team, chef and host Björn Otten has been running the gourmet kitchen with heart and soul for years. They are driven by an old-fashioned work ethic that makes them strive to create something new out of every dish!
International and regional dishes
Many of the dishes served originate in the region but you will also find an extensive array of international dishes on the menu. Among other things, the restaurant is affiliated with the Asparagus Association.
Seasonal specialities
Returning guests of the hotel and restaurant know the chef and his culinary skills and this is the reason they are frequent visitors. The constantly changing menu includes seasonal specialities like asparagus, game and lamb.

The typical Brabant hotel bar is a meeting point for the local population and is well-suited to business lunches or a relaxing cup of coffee in the mid-afternoon. In the evenings, the bar is the place for a well-deserved apéritif or a fine digestif after dinner, or a few glasses that last until the early hours – the evenings in Brabant are very long!
